Discarded Spirits Co. debuts outside of Europe for the first time this August with a 6-hands menu collaboration amongst three world renowned zero waste innovators in the international F&B scene.

From mid-August until the end of September , Discarded Spirits Co. will be presenting an exclusive six-hands menu at the highly-acclaimed, sustainability-led bar, Analogue Initiative. Brought together by their shared commitment to sustainable innovation, the zero-waste focused menu features cocktails by acclaimed bartenders Nicholas Leong from Analogue Initiative and Samuel Thornbill from Melbourne's experimental cocktail haven, Byrdi. The menu also features a selection of complementary dishes by Head Chef George McLeod from Lisbon’s beloved zero-waste restaurant, SEM.
